In this video, Drex takes the Poi spinning move the Cateye and adapts to the hoop. This trick is called the Iso-pop in the hooping world, named by Rich Porter for one of his signature moves. He starts by demonstrating the trick while explaining the different kinds of isolations and cateyes. The move is broken down into four steps, which he explains slowly and in detail. After you get those four steps down, Drex shows you have to get used to the bouncing motion of the hoop. He finishes the video by putting everything together to make the smooth, full trick.
